JOHN HINKLE: People accused of a DUI of course are concerned about going to jail. Secondly, they're concerned about losing their license. Many people, if they lose their license they're going to lose their job. If they go to jail they're going to lose their job. In many cases we can lessen the pain of a DUI.

MICHAEL HORNER: Once you're stopped for a DUI, one of the first things that happens is the officer takes your license and you have ten days to set a DMV hearing. We always offer to set the person's DMV hearing, whether or not they hire us.

JOHN HINKLE: Most of our clients are handled on a flat fee basis. Our goal in every single case is to keep our client out of jail so that they can be back to work and with their family as soon as possible.

MICHAEL HORNER: We assess where they are in the system, if it's a first time offense or if it's a multiple offense, or if it's an offense that, in which another individual has been hurt.

JOHN HINKLE: Many of our clients are not interested in going to trial. What they want is a reasonable outcome to the situation they've gotten them self in.

MICHAEL HORNER: We've done this for a long time and we do have a lot of experience in this area. I think we're quite successful.
