ALBIE JACHIMOWICZ: Our office represents individuals charged with virtually any crime, whether it be a homicide or a rape, or child molestation, down to a petty theft.

The criminal justice system has created a situation in which almost 98% of all cases settle prior to trial.

JOHN HINKLE: The decision to go to trial is always the client's decision. If the client has a great case for trial, we're telling him you have a great case for trial. But most clients don't want to go to trial and they want us to get the best possible deal we can for them.

ALBIE JACHIMOWICZ: Generally when a person hires our office it's not because they're a bad person or because they're living a life of criminality, it's because they made a mistake. We understand that. We care about that. And our job, our role is to help them rectify that mistake.

JOHN HINKLE: But we need to know what happened, otherwise it's very difficult to give complete feedback.
